To allow parents to travel and attend SPM24, we are pleased to offer childcare reimbursement for the attendees of SPM24. For those who need childcare services, we will reimburse up to a total of CAD$250 per registered attendee for services incurred by a licensed service provider in Montreal. This offering will be available from July 8-10, 2024, during the hours of day in which technical presentations are offered.
Due to the limit of funds, applicants must submit your application to tszho.kwok@concordia.ca by June 1, 2024, with the following information.
- The number of your children
- The ages of your children
- The requested amount
- Your CV
- Briefly describe how this support will enable your attendance to SPM
- Briefly describe your childcare solution in the past to attend SPM, if any
- Share with us any better ways to support your childcare needs during SPM, if any.
The confirmation of eligibility for the reimbursement will be sent by email within two weeks.
To be reimbursed, you must complete an expense report. All requests for reimbursements must be submitted to tszho.kwok@concordia.ca, with itemized receipts, no later than July 21, 2024.
